Prints

In 1978/9 the age to join the Police was lowered to 18,and JEDD produced a black and white cartoon for "Police" magazine. It showed 9 boys drinking pop, and he acknowledged Lawson Wood, creator of "Nine Pints of the Law" as the inspiration.

JEDD's original cartoon, which was called "Kidnapped", created such interest that it was repainted by JEDD and "Nine Half Pints of the Law was published.

In 1982 JEDD and John Barrett (ex-Met) started to work together, JEDD to paint and John B to sell. Between them they have created a series of 15 prints on the "Nine" theme, now known as "JEDD" or "The Nines".

In the series are 15 nines.

All 'nines' are priced at £8.50 plus £2 p&p. Sizes are approximately 13" by 23".
